It’s about trust, continuity and reliability...... for
38 years we have honored the trust our clients & partners have
placed in us across India and the subcontinent. We have never
let a partner down and never will.
That is why we are humbled and honored to have been nominated
for a 5th year running as "India's Leading Destination Management
Company"; "Asia's Leading Destination Management Company" and for
the second time as "India's Leading Luxury Travel Agency"
You helped us over the last
three years with your support and make a humble request for that
support this year as well.
Every organisation needs a soul, a mission, a foundation.
To us, business is about building relationships. Our partners are
our family, not numbers. Our travellers are guests not clients.
We do not want to be the largest company in India, just the best.
We hold close to our hearts the values of integrity, of partnership,
of quality and of trust - trust of our employees, of our partners,
of our travellers.
Some things are just never to be compromised.
We owe our success to all partners and to the 150 team
members who toil for our guests across the Indian subcontinent. We
are proud of our history and the future it gives us. Read more

We at Creative track
guest feedback very carefully. Each evaluation form gives us an insight
on our operations and allows us to constantly refine our
service delivery process. Now and then we get a few letters that
brighten up our days. This is an excerpt from one of the lovely
messages we get :
Serena Dessen
Comments shared for one of our employees: We are both safely
home again. We had a wonderful trip, due in no small part to your
efforts.
When you replied so promptly to my first email, I knew
our worries were over.
You always answered quickly. You did everything we asked
and never pushed us in directions we were not interested in. Your
advice was always good. You made sure that even if we couldn't have
exactly what we asked for, we got to our target. Last but hardly
least, all your reservations worked out. The hotel you found us
in Delhi was lovely. The ride to the airport was the most
luxurious ride we experienced in India: a great car, and not just
a driver but a guide, who negotiated us through the airport security.
Thank you once again. You have been as creative as the
name of your agency suggests.
Gratefully,
Serena |

Living up the spirit of our country’s
diversity on what better day than its Independence! @ Creative Travel
On August 15, 1947, India won its independence from
the British rule, and that independence is celebrated every year,
although in a much more subdued form than on Republic Day.
The Independence Day of India is much more than commemorating the
anniversary of India's free statehood.
At Creative, 69th Independence of India was celebrated
in style. The whole team came together to bring out the true spirit
of Independence through “Theme” dressing and representing
one state of their own choice and this is how we love our country!
Too see more pictures on how we celebrated click here:

Bhutan’s ‘Jambay Lhakang Drup’ Festival
- 27 to 30 October 2015
This remarkable cultural experience is set against the
stunning backdrop of the lush Bumthang Valley. This central region
is less frequented by tourists than the western areas of the
country and known as the sacred heartland of Bhutanese Buddhism.
Comprising a program of centuries-old dances and rituals,
the event features elaborate costumes and brightly painted masks
in a series of sacred performances meant to drive out evil spirits,
purify the temple and bring good luck to all.

Satpura – A unique wilderness experience
Satpura perhaps is one of the most unique and diverse experiences
in the subcontinent. The park offers a diversity like none other
– it has about 350 species of birds and is an ideal destination
to look for the following key species – Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear,
Dhole (Indian wild dogs), Gaur (Indian Bison), rusty spotted
cat (the smallest wildcat in the world), and Russell Viper to name
a few.
The park offers experiences that are led by some of the
best wildlife experts/ naturalists in the country and offers diverse
safari options such as canoe safaris, walking trails, exploring
the lesser visited areas on elephant backs, cycle through
core tiger territory, jeep safari and also recommend the often fruitful
night safaris.
A unique experience that stands out above others in the
Satpura forest is ‘Forsyth Trail’ based on the journey by a British
explorer James Forsyth. The trail allows guests to trek through
the core areas of the tiger reserve camping in the forests
with a team of wildlife experts and with forest guards. The experience
showcases the stunning landscape of this ancient forest that is
visited by very few tourists. Those who take interest in the lesser
fauna (birds, smaller reptiles, amphibians, spiders and insects)
there could be no better experience.
So whether you are a birder or if you are interested in
the wild cats or even in bears or snakes, Satpura offers you an
experience that is unmatched in the Indian Subcontinent!

India too in global
effort to save snow leopard habitat
Thanks to camera trap imagery, Uttarakhand has been able
to capture images of snow leopards in the higher reaches of Nanda
Devi Biosphere, Gangotri National Park and, recently, in Bagheshwar
Forest Division. Now, the state is set to be part of an international
effort, Global Snow Leopard and Ecosystem Protection Programme
(GSLEP), set up to conserve the habitat of these elusive cats.
The snow leopard is a large cat native to the high Himalayas
- it is a species of extremely low density occurrence, with each
of the animals prowling about 1,000 sq km, thus extending far beyond
national boundaries. Much of the habitat is spread across the Tibetan
plateau. The 12 countries over which these creatures roam are Nepal,
Bhutan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Mongolia, India,
Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Kazakhstan. Any conservation
effort, therefore, will also be one of trans-border cooperation.

Air India plans direct flights
from New Delhi to San Francisco & Toronto
Air India Ltd is mulling to launch direct flight services
from New Delhi to San Francisco and Toronto this winter following
removal of restrictions on the domestic carriers to expand their
operations in the US after safety upgrade by the FAA (Federal Aviation
Authority).
The state-run airline also plans to re-configure its Boeing
777-200 LR planes to cater to these proposed services, airline sources
told PTI. "At present, Air India operates flights to New York and
Chicago. We are planning to introduce direct flights services to
San Francisco and Toronto from the winter schedule this year.
The present 235-seater B777-200LRs are in three class configuration-first,
business and economy class. However, there is a proposal to reconfigure
these planes in two-cabin class and do away with the first class
and also reduce some seats from the business class, the sources
said. This would scale up the seating capacity of these
planes to 310 seats. |
