Client Comment of the Month | ||
We at Creative track client feedback very carefully. Each evaluation form gives us an insight on our operations and allows us to constantly refine our service delivery process. Now and then we get a few letters that brighten up our days. These are some of them : Wednesday, October 10, 2007 From - Jessie McGuire To - Creative Travel Dear Rajeev and Rohit, Thank you again for putting together such a wonderful trip for us. It’s my fourth trip organized by Creative Travel and they get better each time. Creative thinks things through. You have the best escorts and local guides. Your meals are wonderful, and the hotels luxurious. All special wishes are met, all special occasions recognized. We had a gentleman celebrate his 72nd birthday this year while on tour. We didn’t realize it, but our escort Lalit had done his homework. He’d checked all the birthdays from the passports and was ready. He had a special cake, champagne and flowers presented to him at dinner that evening. Those are the kind of extra steps that Creative takes on their own that makes traveling with you so special. You’re a great organization. We also had our own cocktail party on the Samm Dunes, a departure from the traditional camel ride/dinner. We discussed the idea in the morning and by that afternoon our resourceful escort had made all the contacts and had everything arranged. It was a truly delightful evening, the most memorable of the trip. You give your escorts full authority to make decisions without checking for permission each time. Whether it means spending the extra rupees for a birthday cake, hiring additional services, or whatever else is necessary, your escorts are able to arrange it efficiently and without hesitation. That autonomy sets Creative far apart from the rest. It’s so crystal clear that you have full confidence in your employees, and consequently so do we. You can certainly be proud of the organization you’ve put together and the way you run it. What can I say? Creative is a class act! I said several years ago that I’d never set foot in India without you. I still mean it. As a group leader who escorts groups worldwide, I’m more cognizant of what’s going on behind the scenes than others may be. I’m so very impressed with your organization and your staff, both in Delhi and in your regional offices. You simply do things better than anyone else and than anywhere else I take groups. It’s a pleasure to travel with you. Feel free to use me as a reference if ever needed. Creative is the most reliable, service-oriented group I deal with. I’ll gladly tell anyone the same. I wish you success with your upcoming incentive group. It’s a lot of responsibility, but you’re more than capable. Your presidents are in good hands! Thank you again. Sincerely yours, Jessie McGuire USA Monday, October 15, 2007 From - Michael Halimi To - Creative Travel Sanjay, I wanted to thank you for those 3 wonderful days. You have been great, the work you achieved for us was huge over the WE, you have been extremely helpful, always paying attention to every detail which made that moment magical. We would have never been able to reach such a level of perfection if you were not there. We all fall in love with India and we all deserve to come back very soon. The devi garh was a great choice and the service was perfect, far above expectation! UN GRAND MERCI!!! Regards Michael U.K |

Hyderabad to host next ICCA Congress Hyderabad has won the bid to be the host city for the 49th ICCA Congress and Exhibition, to be held from October 23 to 27, 2010. This will be ICCA's first ever congress on the Indian sub-continent. ICCA CEO, Mr Martin Sirk, said from the initial 10 destinations that had expressed interests in bidding for the 2010 event, Hyderabad was the only one destination entered in the final bidding process. "However, (ICCA Board) has gone through all necessary procedures to ensure that the destination meets all requirements in offering mutual opportunities for ICCA's event and for India as the host country. Hyderabad International Convention Centre - the host venue - will probably be the finest convention centre since we were in Cape Town (in 2005)." |

Tourist arrival shoots up in birthplace of Lord Buddha in Nepal The number of tourists coming to visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha in Kapilvastu district in southern Nepal, has been rising steadily over the last five years. The rise in tourist arrival is mainly attributed to the restoration of peace in the country after the end of the decade-long conflict in the country, the Lumbini Development Fund (LDF) said. In 2006, after the end to conflict and restoration of peace, some 49,595 passport-holding foreign tourists came to Lumbini while 51,437 have visited it till October-end in 2007. The number of such tourists is expected to cross the 75,000 mark by the end of December. The construction of an international airport at Bhairahawa nearby Lumbini will further boost tourism prospects. |
